Andrew Lee

Andrew Lee is a pioneering leader committed to innovative solutions through a blend of vision, communication, execution, and continuous enhancement. Andrew’s extensive experience spans technology, business, and marketing development, with insights gained in real-world experience. Presently, he is an adjunct professor at Lynn University, teaching AI for Social Impacts, and has previously taught a master’s program on Big Data and Machine Learning for Industry 4.0 at a renowned international research academy.


Vincent Feng

Vincent holds the position of CTO at SurfBigData. Previously, he co-founded Logicweb Studio and served as its chief architect. Logicweb Studio delivers the healthcare sector’s only single platform, supporting over 25 million patients and overseeing all claims and financial transactions. It stands out as the only integrated ERP/CRM/BI product offering interoperability and informatics solutions effortlessly for most leading health systems. Vincent leaded Logicweb Studio in pivotal roles for two major international entities: one in Tourism CRM integration and another in managing POS and supply chain for 50,000 global franchises. Additionally, Vincent spearheads the development of an AI engine, enhancing fintech automation and precision through his distinctive expertise and insight.

Richard Klass

Richard Klass has 30 years of national and international management consulting, strategic planning, and market research experience. He is a frequent lecturer on business topics, well authored, and served as faculty to the University of Miami School of Business and as an instructor for Florida State University – Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship.

He was formerly the Sr. VP, Chief Strategy Officer for Jackson Health System, Worldwide Director for Market Research for Johnson and Johnson (J&J), and in the consulting practice of Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC).
Richard holds both master’s and bachelor’s degrees in business administration from the University of Miami. Richard is the author of Book: Strategic Planning In The Real World.

Mike Wager

Mike Wager has spent 30+ years in a variety of executive level operational and business development roles for IT focused professional services organizations, including positions as a regional executive, VP/EVP Business Development, President, Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Wager brings operational discipline and go-to-market/business development expertise to the board.

John Asher

John’s first leadership role was the captain of two fast attack nuclear submarines. (During cold war) John’s second leadership role was co-founder of a fast-growing defense engineering company. After selling the company, John co-founded Asher Strategies, a sales training company. The company has trained salespeople in all 50 states, most Canadian provinces and in 21 other countries. He has also given 1,900 plus Vistage presentations on sales in nine countries. In the past 15 years, John has coached several hundred Vistage Chairs on sales techniques to build a large group and keep it full. John is the author of Books: Close Deals Faster and The Neuroscience of Selling.
